To support our expansion, we are hiring ambitious Sales & Marketing Executives who are passionate about online business, digital marketing and customer acquisition.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will promote SanaList to individuals and businesses, help them post and manage their classified ads, and grow our user base across Kenya. This is a work from home job – ideal for candidates searching for flexible jobs near me that can be done online with a laptop and internet connection.

You will focus on onboarding clients who want to advertise:

• Jobs near me and nationwide job vacancies
• Used cars in Nairobi and other motor vehicles around Kenya
• Houses for sale in Nairobi, rentals and other real estate
• Mobile phones for sale, laptops, electronics and gadgets
• Products and services for online shopping in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers (individual sellers, car dealers, real estate agents, retailers and service providers).
• Educate clients on the benefits of advertising on SanaList and how to create high‑quality classified ads in Kenya.
• Help clients post and optimize their listings for jobs, vehicles, property, mobile phones for sale and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote SanaList across social media, email and other digital channels to drive traffic and sign‑ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets related to new client acquisition, listings created and revenue generated.
• Provide feedback from the market to help improve the SanaList platform and services.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, e‑commerce or online shopping in Kenya.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and spoken).
• Confident using the internet, social media and basic computer tools.
• Self‑driven, disciplined and able to work independently from home.
• Access to a computer/smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, digital marketing, real estate, automotive sales or classifieds is an added advantage but not mandatory.
